Seagrape Saturday Walks are a simple monthly gathering designed to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with ourselves and with others.

 

This is not about pace, performance, or fitness goals.
It is about showing up, walking together, moving our bodies, and creating space for conversation, presence, and community.
